What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your initial appointment at Element Wellness Center typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Dr. Lopez will take the time to listen to your concerns, review your health history, and perform a thorough examination. If diagnostic imaging such as digital X-rays is needed, it can often be done on the same day.

Based on his findings, Dr. Lopez will explain your condition in clear, understandable terms and discuss the treatment options available to you. There is no pressure and no cookie-cutter approach. Every care plan is built around your specific needs, goals, and preferences.

What to Bring

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

• A valid photo ID
• Your insurance card (if applicable)
• Any relevant medical records, imaging, or previous doctor reports
• A list of current medications
• Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement

Insurance and Payment

Element Wellness Center accepts most major insurance plans and participates in the VA Network. We also accept cash, credit cards, and CareCredit financing for patients who need flexible payment options. Our team will help you understand your coverage before treatment begins.

Parking and Access

Complimentary parking directly in front of office and throughout complex. No meters or time limits. Ground-level entrance with wheelchair access and ADA-compliant facilities.
